Urfi Javed, a popular social media personality, has recently become an internet sensation. However, until a year ago, she was struggling to pay rent and had to borrow money from people to make public appearances. Although she has started to earn money now, she admits that she is not as financially secure as she would like to be.
In an interview with Humans of Bombay, Urfi revealed that she had to borrow money even for her appearance on the reality show Bigg Boss OTT, where she was evicted in the first week. She had to ask people to lend her money to buy clothes and stitch them. All her public appearances, including in front of the media, were made possible thanks to the money she borrowed from others.
Urfi explained that she is finally starting to feel financially secure, but her earnings are mostly spent on her family and team due to her many responsibilities. She hardly spends on herself and is unable to save much. Despite not being a spendthrift and not having luxurious items or going to the parlour, she has a lot of financial obligations, including hiring several people to work for her.
Even though Urfi has paid back the money she borrowed, she still feels financially insecure. She signed off by saying that her money keeps going into her responsibilities, her family, and her team, so she still does not feel financially secure.
